Faith In The Point Bird Dogs, The Omni Homestead Shooting Club, The Big Lonely Preserve, and Inukshuk Professional Dog Food are proud to bring you a unique two-day clinic designed for bird dog owners of every experience level.
Over the course of the weekend, you and your dog will get hands-on training with seasoned experts—building skills in the field, sharpening steadiness and retrieves, and learning how to fuel peak performance through proper nutrition. And it’s not just about the dogs—participants will also step onto the range at the Omni Homestead Shooting Club for personalized shooting instruction.
Whether you’re working your very first pup or fine-tuning your sixth veteran bird dog, this clinic is built to keep you engaged, challenged, and leaving as a better handler, owner, and shooter.
Throughout the weekend, your dog will have multiple daily sessions with live birds (Bobwhite Quail), tailored to its age and experience. Young pups not yet gun-broken will be carefully introduced to sound, with instruction on how to safely and properly desensitize them to gunfire.
You’ll also be encouraged to observe and interact with other participants—watching different training styles, asking questions, and learning from both dogs and handlers in real time. We believe camaraderie, encouragement, and shared experience are as valuable as the training itself.
Our mission is simple: to give you practical, proven tools you can take home and use to help your dog reach its fullest potential, both in training and in the field, for years to come.
